# Privacy Policy - Punch List – Site Report

## Overview

Punch List – Site Report ("the App") is developed by WittyApps. The App helps you create photo punch lists and site audit reports. Your project data belongs to you: all projects, items, notes and photos are stored only on your device. We do not have servers that store your content, and we cannot see it.

## Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information, and we never see your projects or photos. The App collects a minimal amount of anonymous technical data:

- **Anonymous usage analytics (Amplitude)**: anonymized events such as which screens are opened, whether a report was generated, and whether the Pro purchase screen was shown. No project content, photos, names or addresses are ever included.
- **Crash reports (Sentry)**: if the App crashes, an anonymous technical report (device model, OS version, stack trace) is sent so we can fix the problem. No project content is included.
- **Purchase state**: your one-time Pro purchase is processed entirely by the App Store / Google Play. We never see your payment details.

## How We Use Information

Anonymous analytics and crash reports are used solely to fix bugs and improve the App. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with anyone for marketing.

## Data Storage

All of your content — projects, items, descriptions, assignees and photos — is stored locally on your device only. PDF reports are generated on your device and shared only through the apps you choose (Mail, Messages, etc.). Deleting the App deletes all of this data. We recommend keeping your own copies of exported PDF reports.

## Third-Party Services

- **Apple App Store / Google Play** — payment processing for the one-time Pro purchase
- **Amplitude** — anonymous usage analytics
- **Sentry** — anonymous crash reporting

Each of these services processes only the minimal technical data described above, under their own privacy policies.

## Your Rights

Because your content never leaves your device, you are always in full control of it. You can delete all data at any time by deleting your projects or uninstalling the App. Analytics identifiers are anonymous and are not linked to your identity.

## Data Security

Your content is protected by your device's built-in security (device encryption and your passcode/biometrics). The small amount of anonymous technical data described above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

## Children's Privacy

The App is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.

## Data Retention

Your data in the app (entries, calculations, and settings) is stored solely on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. This data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, at which point it is permanently and irreversibly removed. We keep no backups of your personal data on any server.

The anonymous usage analytics and crash reports described above are retained by our service providers (Amplitude, Sentry) in accordance with their data-retention policies and contain no personal identifiers we could use to identify you.
