E6B Flight Computer + W&B is an offline flight computer and weight & balance calculator for pilots, developed by WittyApps. All calculations run entirely on your device. We collect a minimal amount of anonymous data to keep the app reliable, described below.
We do NOT collect your flight inputs, aircraft weight & balance profiles, altitudes, wind values, location, contacts, photos, or any personally identifying information. There are no accounts and no advertising.
Usage analytics tell us which calculators matter so we can improve them. Crash reports tell us when something breaks so we can fix it. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking, and data is never sold.
Your settings, saved aircraft weight & balance profiles, and Pro purchase state are stored only on your device. If you choose to back them up, they are saved to your own iCloud or Google Drive account, which only you control. Deleting the app removes the local copy. Analytics and crash data are stored by our service providers (Amplitude, Sentry) under their own security policies.
Your on-device data (settings and W&B profiles) remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Anonymous analytics and crash reports are retained by Amplitude and Sentry only for as long as needed to keep the app reliable, in line with their standard retention periods, and are then deleted or aggregated. Because this data is anonymous, it is not linked to you and cannot be individually retrieved.
