Overview
Window Quote ("the App") is a window cleaning quote calculator and job log, published by WittyApps. This policy explains what information the App handles, what stays on your device, and what is shared with service providers. The App works offline and requires no account and no sign-in. The App contains no advertising.
Information We Collect
Stored only on your device (never uploaded):
- Information you type in: customer names, addresses and optional phone numbers or email addresses, site notes, quotes, your price list, completed job times and your business name and contact details for quote headers.
- Your settings and your Pro subscription status.
The App does not access your contacts, camera, photos or location.
Collected automatically (sent to service providers):
- Crash and error reports (via Sentry): technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version and the state of the App when an error occurred.
- Anonymous usage analytics (via Amplitude): which features are used (for example, creating a quote or exporting a PDF). These events are not linked to your identity and contain no customer details, prices, amounts or other values you enter.
How We Use Information
- Customer and job information: only to build quotes and records on your device.
- Crash reports: to find and fix bugs.
- Anonymous analytics: to understand which features matter and improve the App.
We do not sell or share your personal information or your customers' information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Customer Information
If you record information about your customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for handling it in line with the privacy laws that apply to your business. The App keeps this information on your device only; it leaves your device only when you choose to share a PDF quote or CSV export.
