GLP-1 Muscle Coach ("the app") helps you track your GLP-1 treatment and protect muscle while losing weight. The app is built to be private by default: your health information stays on your device. We do not run a server that stores your health data, and we cannot see it.
We do not collect your health information. Everything you log stays in local storage on your device:
The app has no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number.
Your on-device data is used only to power the app's own features: daily protein targets, hydration and strength tracking, dose (titration) schedules, weight trends, side-effect patterns, and muscle-preservation insights. This processing happens on your device.
All entries and photos are stored locally on your device. Deleting an entry removes it. You can erase everything at any time from Settings → Delete all data, and uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
