Privacy Policy - Six Local Workflow Apps

Scope

This privacy policy applies only to the following apps published by Witty Apps:

• Care Shift Brief (com.wittyapps.careshiftbrief)
• Driving Lesson Handoff (com.wittyapps.drivinglessonhandoff)
• Hydration Tap (com.wittyapps.hydrationtap)
• Music Lesson Handoff (com.wittyapps.musiclessonhandoff)
• Return Ledger (com.wittyapps.returnledger)
• Two-Tap Syllabus (com.wittyapps.twotapsyllabus)

These apps do not require a Witty Apps account and do not provide Witty Apps cloud synchronization. Witty Apps does not operate a server that receives the records, notes, documents, images, or other content that you enter or import. That content stays on your device unless you choose an operating-system feature such as export, sharing, printing, or backup.

Information Stored on Your Device

Depending on the app, local content can include:

• care-shift records, handoff notes, routine or observation details, and local backup data in Care Shift Brief;
• learner aliases, driving-lesson records, goals, notes, and local backup data in Driving Lesson Handoff;
• hydration entries, goals, reminder settings, and exported records in Hydration Tap;
• teacher and student aliases, lesson assignments, private or shared notes, practice records, and local backup data in Music Lesson Handoff;
• return items, merchant or order details, deadlines, refund status, attachments, reminders, and exported records in Return Ledger; and
• syllabus documents or images, text recognized on the device, reviewed course dates, event drafts, and exported calendar files in Two-Tap Syllabus.

This content is stored in the app's private local storage. Care Shift Brief and Music Lesson Handoff may use secure device storage for local protection material. Two-Tap Syllabus performs text recognition on the device. Witty Apps does not intentionally include user-entered names, notes, documents, images, attachments, or record contents in analytics events or crash reports.
