This privacy policy applies to AA Claim Prep, UK Trade Certificates, Night Shift Floodgate, Grid Power Dispatcher, and Desktop Micro-Factory (the “Apps”). The Apps are Android-first local utilities and games published by Witty Apps.
The Apps do not require an account and do not collect personal information, analytics events, advertising identifiers, crash reports, contacts, location, payment information, or device identifiers. The Apps do not include advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
AA Claim Prep and UK Trade Certificates may contain information that a user chooses to enter, such as care notes, customer details, property details, inspection findings, and draft certificate content. Night Shift Floodgate, Grid Power Dispatcher, and Desktop Micro-Factory may store local game progress and settings.
Information entered into an App is used only to provide that App’s local features, such as preparing a copyable claim pack, reviewing a trade certificate draft, or saving game progress. No information is sent to Witty Apps or another service by the Apps.
App data is stored locally on the user’s device using the operating system’s app storage. There is no account, cloud sync, remote database, or server copy. A user can remove local data by using the App’s device settings to clear storage or by uninstalling the App.
The Apps do not use third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, authentication, or payment services. The Google Play distribution service may process information under Google’s own terms when a user downloads or updates an App.
There is no server-side retention because the Apps do not upload user-entered data. Local data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the App’s storage, or uninstalls the App. Witty Apps cannot access or recover local App data.
Because the Apps do not transmit personal information to Witty Apps, there is no Witty Apps account data to access, correct, export, or delete. Users control the local data stored by each App through their device.
Keeping the device locked, updated, and protected with the device’s security controls helps protect local App data. No method of local storage is guaranteed to be risk-free.
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from children.
